Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Helping Animals To Survive. To get you started as soon as possible, please fill out the following forms and return them to us. In addition, if you are volunteering for a team that works inside the shelter (Shelter Support, Photography/Video) you are also required by Lincoln County Animal Services to submit a certified criminal background check in YOUR COUNTY OF RESIDENCE for the past 5 years. You can obtain a certified background check by visiting the Clerk of Courts office in your county of residence. The Lincoln County Clerk of Court can be reached at 704-736-8568.
