  3. Once the service is added to the cart, view the shopping cart.
  4. In your shopping cart, you will be given the option of adding vaccines and other services.
  5. Enter your pets name(s), approximate age(s) and breed(s) in the Notes section in the checkout page.
  6. You will not be able to check out without paying in full. If you want to pay in cash, please email spayneuter@hatsalive.org to arrange registration.
  7. NO REFUNDS!! You may request that your date be changed, but only with approval prior to your registered date. NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS FOR NO-SHOWS ON DAY OF SURGERY!!
